  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, free of scratches, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Refunds are processed for the price of the eyewear frame only and do not include the cost of the lenses.
  • Exchanges are simple – request a different style, size, or lens prescription for your purchase.
