- Enjoy a 30-day return window for prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses.
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, free of scratches, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Refunds are processed for the price of the eyewear frame only and do not include the cost of the lenses.
- Exchanges are simple – request a different style, size, or lens prescription for your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, we will initiate a claim with our courier and arrange for a reshipment or refund.
