- Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, free of scratches, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Refunds are processed for the price of the eyewear frame only and do not include the cost of the lenses.
- Exchanges are simple – request a different style, size, or lens prescription for your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive at all, we are more than happy to replace your items. Simply contact us, and we will initiate a claim with our courier and arrange for a reshipment or refund.
To proceed with the claim, we will send you a Denial of Receipt form via email. This form must be completed and returned to us within 1-2 business days. If we do not receive the form within the given time frame, the claim will be considered void, and we reserve the right to retract any refunds or replacements issued.
